Vent Encasement Assembly

The Vent Encasement Assembly is used wherever pressurized, inert gas lines are needed and in instances where a solid mount in the line of draw application is desired. This Vent Encasement Assembly significantly outlasts other vent tubes by virtually eliminating thread stripping in the tube. It is available in 1/2" diameter and is easily installed into the casting. Use insulated lines  to connect to your machine air or other compressed air source.

The Parting Line Vent Encasement Assembly is used when the vent must be situated on the parting line and pressurized inert gas lines are required. It possesses all of the advantages of our standard vent encasement, as well as the ability to lift out of the mold before being removed from the part. This easy to use assembly may be installed in any mold equipped with a parting line flange. It is available in 1/2" diameter.
